Jamie Haynes – Founder & President, Elevate Strategy Advisors

Jamie Haynes is a dynamic strategist, executive advisor, and former aerospace engineer with over 15 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence across complex industries—including aerospace, cruise, and hospitality. She is the Founder and CEO of Elevate Strategy Advisors, a Florida-based consulting firm that empowers organizations to turn data into action, improve leadership alignment, fix any problem (small or big) and scale high-impact results through smart, people-centered strategies.

Before launching her own firm, Jamie held engineering then leadership roles at NASA, Boeing, Collins Aerospace, and most recently served as Director at Carnival Cruise Line. She specializes in executive decision support, process transformation, program management, and organizational climate strategy. Jamie has led multi-million dollar programs, managed enterprise systems implementations, and overseen analytics teams responsible for safety, security, sustainability, and change management.

Jamie holds a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Florida International University, with a focus on business strategy, employee satisfaction, productivity, and reducing turnover in the hospitality industry.

Jamie is passionate about mentoring women in STEM, advocating for inclusive leadership, and helping businesses elevate their strategic vision. When she’s not consulting, she’s a proud wife and mom of two daughters, building a legacy of purpose and progress.
